In a second segment, Phil talks about Tulsi Gabbard, the Democrat member of the US Congress who condemns regime change wars, calls for immediate withdrawal of American troops from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan; lifting of sanctions on Iran; and supports Julian Assange and Edward Snowden. Phil addresses why she ran for President, and the complications that followed.
