Your support is essential if the service is to continue, there are bandwidth bills to pay every month and failing disk drives to replace. Volunteers do the work, but disk drives and bandwidth are not free. Click on this bar to contribute, even a dollar helps.

My father was a radio technician, cowboy singer, and guitar player. He performed in the late 1930’s before he enlisted in World War II & retained his love of music for many decades.

This show is my homage to him.

My father was a radio engineer and electrician; he loved the other side of radio as well – the listening side – it kept him company during many lonesome nights in the 30’s, 40’s & 50’s.

From my imagination to your ears – it’s WHFM – vintage music & radio shows from mid century America.
These are "rough drafts" of a new show that will include old time radio shows that my father might have enjoyed, also plenty of 78's, LPs and 7" EPs from the 1930s through the 1960's.
