On March 13th, 2004 a security guard in Victoria BC arrested Tre Arrow, the FBI's most wanted domestic eco-terrorist. Arrow has been fighting extradition to the US, alleging media hysteria around terrorism makes a fair trial impossible. He has applied for refugee status in Canada.

The FBI accuses him of masterminding an Earth Liberation Front action: burning cement trucks and logging equipment. If convicted in the US, Arrow faces 80 years in prison.
