Like Michelle Bachelet, he came to Australia in 1975 after being imprisoned and tortured by the Pinochet regime. Bibi and Manolo arrived in Australia under similar circumstances in 1978. They discuss the implications for Chile of the election of Michelle Bachelet, Chile's first woman President.
