Since 1998 Mr Nkosi has directed the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, Inc.,

Mixed Income Communities Initiative, a holistic program designed to increase the number of

viable, mixed-income housing developments in the 10-county Atlanta region.

Nkosi managed the creation of the 2004 report called "Making the Case for Mixed Income and

Mixed Use Communities
which he discusses here.
