Arab Talk Co-Hosts Jess Ghannam and Jamal Dajani explore the hidden realities in the Sudan and Darfur with Isma'il Kamal, Hodari Abdul-Ali, and Jacqueline Kakembo.
We will be discussing the Sudan and Darfur and exploring the realities of this complex situation in ways that are neglected in the main stream media. Our guests will be Isma'il Kamal, Hodari Abdul Ali, and Jacqueline Kakembo.

Isma'il Kamal is studying History and International Relations at UC Davis,(Focus on African ane Middle East) and is of Sudanese decent. His work has included positions as Outreach Director of Muslim Students Association (MSA)-National 2002-2005/ MSA-National representative to the anti-war movement and Co-Founded the Sudanese American Society in DC 2000-2003 (now defunct)

Mr. HODARI ABDUL-ALI - Executive Director, GIVE PEACE A CHANCE COALITION (GPAC) and he is a Journalist; Owner, Dar Es Salaam Books/Health Center in suburban Washington, DC; former Press Consultant with Embassy of Sudan; Howard University graduate.
