It's legal to be a sex worker in BC, but many of the activities around sex work are illegal. Stark Raven host Tiffany Chong interviews Elin Sigurdson, a Vancouver lawyer and member of the Pivot Legal Society Sex Work Law Reform Committee. Elin represents a group of sex workers who are trying to change Canada's prostitution laws. She says current laws violate the constitutional rights of women in the sex trade. This segment also features Kate Gibson, Executive Director of the WISH Drop-in Centre for survival sex workers.
