BUT DID NOT APPEAR. THE ACTION WAS THE
SEVENTH IN THE PAST TWO MONTHS, AS NEWARK
RESIDENTS ARE GROWING RESTLESS AT THE
LACK OF ACTION BY THE MAYOR IN ADDRESSING
THEIR PROBLEMS.
