Hey, What the funk?
It's on again.... The Soul Searchers start the show off with "Ashleys Roach Clip" a funk sample classic. I could resist a few tracks with the famous sample- "Paid in full" and a White Stripes remix of "Doorbell". Then the Notations play an incredible track called "Super People". a BTS fav... "GIven up food for funk" by the JB's and AWB with "Person to person" a really nicely produced track. Bob James, Faze-O, and Afrique with "House of the Rising Funk" a sick, sick track. To wind the show down, MJ and the Five step up with "I Want You Back". Then a have some fun with "Sexual Healing" accapella. End the show off with Sharon Jones... what a voice. Thanks for listening.
