Last weekend, October 24th heralded the very first 350 day; some 5,242 rallies and creative demonstrations took place across the globe in honor of that number, that many activists and scientists insist is the most important number in the world: 350 Why? to draw attention to 350 parts per million (ppm), which an overwhelming number of researchers now insist is the safe upper limit for carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
