Welcome to Off the Hour, CKUT's community news program, this is the Tuesday edition and it is NOVEMBER 10, 2009.
On this edition of the program, we'll feature GroundWire. This news program is produced twice a month by community radio stations across Canada, bringing us grassroots coverage of local stories and progressive perspectives on national and international issues. Groundwire is a project of the National Campus and Community Radio Association.

We'll also be speaking with a member of a coalition opposing open pit mining by Canadian companies in Mexico.
