‘Stunted Development’ is a weekly free-form radio program with an emphasis on ironic and absurd recordings. It airs from 11 p.m.-1 a.m. EST Sundays on WRIR 97.3 LPFM in Richmond, Va., and streams world-wide live on the Web at www.wrir.org. Bill Farrar is the host and coordinator of a crack team of researchers who scour the Stunted Development archives for the finest in strange sounds and occasional quality tunes.
