‘Stunted Development’ is a weekly free-form radio program with an emphasis on ironic and absurd recordings. It airs from 11 p.m.-1 a.m. EST Sundays on WRIR 97.3 LPFM in Richmond, Va., and streams world-wide live on the Web at www.wrir.org. Each week, host Bill Farrar and his virtual assistant, Al B. Rhythm, scour the Stunted Development archives for only the finest in strange sounds and occasional quality tunes.
