THERE IS EVIDENCE THAT AMERICANS ARE GROWING MORE CONCERNED WITH THE GIANT OIL SPILL THAN WITH ANY OTHER NEWS. A GALLUP POLL PUBLISHED ON FRIDAY REVEALS THAT 55% OF AMERICANS NOW FAVOR DEVELOPING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGAINST 39% WHO STILL WANT ENERGY DEVELOPMENT, A REVERSAL FROM THE SAME POLL IN MARCH.
