July 15, 2010, 6:57 a.m.
Greg Shupak reflects on the rampant police brutality and indiscriminate arrests he had witnessed at the protests against the G8/20 agenda during the June 25-27 2010 weekend.

Along with criticizing the overarching culture of fear that the Canadian government has worked to create around the G8/20 summits, Greg also criticizes mainstream media's neglect of their essential role to inform us about the most important aspect of the summits: the G8/20 agenda and policies. This agenda and these policies continue to legitimize the power structures that stifle social and economical well-being, and that have come to characterize our time.
