What we have here is this week's Weekly News in Review from harpers.org (and the killradio news team). This week in addition to the news and other celebrations of irrationality, we also deal with the 100th anniversary of the birth of the WORST PRESIDENT EVER.

Yes, Ronald Reagan. The worst President in U.S. history. Worse than G.W. Bush even! What Bush did we will be paying for for years, but Reagan's effect will last for decades. Here are some quotes from this man that the media is piously treating as though he were some kind of great human being:

"Facts are stupid things.”

"Trees cause more pollution than automobiles do."

"I am not worried about the deficit. It is big enough to take care of itself."

"I've noticed that everyone who is for abortion has already been born."

"This fellow they've nominated claims he's the new Thomas Jefferson. Well let me tell you something; I knew Thomas Jefferson. He was a friend of mine and Governor... You're no Thomas Jefferson!"

but let me end with a favorite quote about Reagan by Steve Martin:

"I believe that Ronald Reagan can make this country what it once was - an Arctic region covered with ice."

The entire Bush Administration belongs in prison for their traitorous anti-Constitutional behavior.

is it time for a commercial yet?
