EARLER THIS MONTH, THE BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS REPORTED THAT THE U.S. UNEMPLOYMENT RATE REMAINED AT 9% IN OCTOBER BUT, WITH THE 2012 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION YEAR IN SIGHT, THE U.S. SENATE DECLINED TWICE TO TAKE ON PRESIDENT OBAMAS JOBS BILL, WHICH HE SAYS IS NEEDED TO SHORE UP A STAGNANT ECONOMY.
