Housing Law attorney, Christie Marra, at the Virginia Poverty Law Center describes the literally life saving new rules of the State Corporation Commission regulations that limit when an investor-owned electric utility, electric cooperative or public utility providing water service can disconnect service to the home of a consumer with a serious medical condition.
