In a recent report the NDP goverment of Manitoba has stated that Mantioba will not be meeting it's green house gas emissions. Dave Chomiak the conservation minister has said the NDP goverment will try to meet the reductions in the future. Gaile Whelan Enns from Manitoba Wildlands breaks down the report and Manitoba's environmental track record.
