Libya's race-based detention, torture and death epidemic is the subject this week of a Security Council hearing, a major Amnesty International report, and a Doctors without Borders boycott of the new regime.

In this "Shadow", a critical review of the new Libyan regime's abductions, torture, murder, and lack of human rights or due process -- especially for Afro-Libyans.
