Nathan Cullen is MP for Skeena-Bulkley Valley. His constituency encompasses much of the proposed Enbridge pipeline route. Cullen moved a successful motion in the House of Commons in December 2010 asking the government to immediately propose legislation to ban bulk oil traffic in the Dixon Entrance, Hecate Strait and Queen Charlotte Sound.
