Brenda Castaneda, staff attorney at the Legal Aid Justice Center in Charlottesville talks about what a landlord must do to legally bar or ban a tenant’s guests or visitors, and the many ways landlords don’t follow the law. And during our weekly question and answer session, you’ll learn how a debt that has been forgiven may not cost you anything in taxes, even though the creditor has written it off.
