This show was actually aired while Ron Paul was in the building and about 1000 people were circled around the building hoping to get in. Despite my other life as a journalist, at If he has no interest in environmental destruction, it's hard to have much interest in his campaign the time I was only interested in getting to the back elevator to get to the radio station to do my show (I later got a tape). 40 Acres & A Clone Mule is a weekly music and sound montage show with a strong political bent. It is heard on KUOI-FM in Moscow, Idaho Fridays from approx. 4-6 (some weeks 3:30 - 6pm so tune in early) Pacific Time, and can be heard live on the web (www.kuoi.com).
My New Year's resolution is to post a show every week during 2012. They'll either be classic shows from 2011 or before, or up to date shows referencing current events. Mostly about the intersection of music and socially-relevant sound montage.
Show lengths will be approx. 1 hr, 50 min. or approx. 2 hrs, 10 min., depending on the lead-in show when originally broadcast. FCC safe, but probably work well as late night listening. I hope some stations decide to pick it up.
