Private attorney Jamie Karek, at Geoff McDonald and Associates, talks about the weird world of workers compensation, where you could get worker’s compensation if you hurt your back at work moving one refrigerator, but probably not if you were moving two refrigerators. And during this week’s News You Can Use, you’ll hear about a petition drive to stop ticking time bomb rental cars that are under a recall.
