Private attorney Ed Barnes, a partner at Barnes and Diehl, discusses the many factors courts must take into consideration when weighing questions of spousal support, whether short term or long term. And during this week’s question and answer session, we talk about how child support gets set, and what you need to do as soon as you first know you can’t pay as ordered.
