Consumer attorney Jay Speer, Executive Director of the Virginia Poverty Law Center, discusses the specifics of the National Mortgage Settlement – largest monetary settlement since the 1998 Tobacco Settlement – who is eligible for what relief, and why relief still may be hard to come by. And we talk about National Healthcare Decisions Day coming up on Monday, April 16, and the easy steps you need to take to prepare an advance directive.
