Williams, whose roots are in the neighborhood of Florence & Normandie talks about what really happened in '92 and how the only change in the last 20 years is for the worse. Outernational is a revolutionary rock band. Miles Solay, their frontman, offers up cuts from their CD, Todos Somos Ilegales, We Are All Illegals, and the stories behind the CD and the songs.
