Randy Rollins, President and CEO of Drive to Work talks about the new legislation passed by the General Assembly requiring voters to present some form of identification and unveils the mystery behind how to get a photo ID from the Department of Motor Vehicles. And the complexities of worker’s compensation coverage and notice requirements are explained in this week’s question and answer.
