Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia William Mims presents his keynote address to the Virginia State Bar about the importance of legal aid work at the annual legal aid awards honoring the legal aid attorney of the year. And you’ll also find out about the much simpler rules and process if you have to sue somebody in the Small Claims Court during this week’s question and answer period.
