AMNESTY CONDEMNS LIBYAN MILITIATOCRACY
Libya's NATO-enabled "republic of militias" held a presidential election this week amid what Amnesty International calls an ongoing regime of "arbitrary arrests and detention, torture, impunity for unlawful killings, and forced displacement."
