Nakba is the word Palestinians use for the catastrophe they experienced during the creation of the state of Israel. A new film by Lia Tarachansky focuses on the denial of memories of the1948 war. For her documentary, Tarachansky interviewed four Israelis who took part in that ethnic cleansing and discovers, along with them, how many memories they have repressed.
