Health law attorney Jill Hanken at the Virginia Poverty Law Center discusses the minimal costs and huge benefits of Medicaid expansion that Virginia may foolishly decline, which would turn down $29 billion dollars in federal money that would will insure 400,000 Virginians and create 30,000 jobs.
