Progress at radio4all! Servers are now in their new temporary homes, mbanna3 in San Francisco and the archive server emma in Santa Cruz. Your support is essential if the service is to continue, there are bandwidth bills to pay every month and failing disk drives to replace. Volunteers do the work, but disk drives and bandwidth are not free. Click on this bar to contribute, even a dollar helps.

Sabine McNeill explains the latest blog-post at Victims Unite blog wondering who actually makes the laws in Britain - is it MPs or Judges? As Home Secretary Theresa May gets a ticking off for telling judges how to enforce the law.
Then we hear from two fathers, neither of whom are allowed to see their children. First Ben Luton whose daughter is 1 year old and whose partner split up with him just 2 months before she gave birth and lives very close to him therefore it's very difficult for him to avid seeing mum and his daughter but when he does it is considered wrong by police, so he keeps getting arrested for harassment by Gwent police despite saying he has never actually harrassed and never actually been charged, just arrested then released without charge for wanting to see his daughter.
Then former candidate for Bristol mayor Tony Britt who lost contact with his daughter Millie after his wife Cathy left with their daughter being her main carer and bringing her up for three-and-a-half-years he was divorced and only told afterwards, not allowed to contest the decision.
