The Line 9 pipeline was built to carry oil from Montreal, Quebec to Sarnia, Ontario. But now Enbridge wants to reverse the flow and run tar sands oil east to markets on the eastern seaboard. The company is meeting with opposition from communities along the route. Marilyne Tovar is with Climate Justice Montreal.
