The Information Commissioner of Canada has been asked to probe the Harper government’s efforts to prevent media and the public from getting information from federal scientists. The request comes from the University of Victoria’s Environmental Law Clinic and the organization Democracy Watch. Tyler Sommers is with Democracy Watch.
