Cubans could teach the U.S. a thing or two

Cuba is a country that has actually fought terrorism. Adriana Perez, whose husband Gerardo Hernandez is one of the five Cuban anti-terrorist fighters unjustly imprisoned in the U.S.A. since 1998, explains the campaign to release her husband and four others.

Phil comments on the Boston bombing - it's a fact that the Russian government specifically warned the FBI about the bombers. The U.S. government was unconcerned about the threat posed by Chechen extremists, who act against the Russian government. We can draw parallels to how the U.S. maligned Cuban anti-terrorist efforts.

Meanwhile, the U.S. can't seem to cut its ties with Chechen rebels, Al Qaeda in Syria, terror funders in Saudi Arabia, and so on.
