Ben Price, of the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund (CELDEF), spoke at the Ban Fracking in NY Conference held in Binghamton, NY on April 16, 2011. The conference drew activists from throughout NY State and elsewhere for a day-long exposition of strategies and sharing of energies. The focus was squarely on rejecting half measures, and insisting that the goal of anti-frackers should be a complete and total ban on fracking in NY State.
