Bradley Manning is facing a court martial and a civil trial for passing hundreds of thousands of diplomatic cables and army reports to Wikileaks. Despite the importance of this trial, a transcript will not be released. Freedom of the Press Foundation is raising funds to hire a court stenographer to create a public transcript. Trevor Timm is executive director of the foundation.
