Pivot Legal hosted a forum to discuss the benefits of prescribing heroin to profoundly addicted users. The discussion featured Dr. Gabor Maté, Dr. Bruce Alexander, Dave Murray and Scott Bernstein. Rona Ambrose, federal Minister of Health, recently overturned a decision by Health Canada to allow continued use of heroin to participants in clinical trials currently underway in Vancouver.
