Progress at radio4all! Servers are now in their new temporary homes, mbanna3 in San Francisco and the archive server emma in Santa Cruz. Your support is essential if the service is to continue, there are bandwidth bills to pay every month and failing disk drives to replace. Volunteers do the work, but disk drives and bandwidth are not free. Click on this bar to contribute, even a dollar helps.

Former Rwandan intelligence chief Col. Patrick Karegeya was apparently strangled to death in a hotel room in Johannesburg on New Years' Eve. Colonel Karegeya, a refugee in South Africa, had condemned the authoritarian regime of Paul Kagame. Other prominent critics of Kagame have been killed in recent years.

Phil speaks with Dr. Theogene Rudasingwa, who was a close colleague of Karegeya.
