According to this week's guest - actor, producer, musician, all-around-mensch David Daskal - 1979 was the 2nd greatest year in pop music history. And who could blame him for the thought? The first blasts of punk and new wave were heard in their prime, disco was still relevant and awesome (for the most part), and many amazing stars of the next decade were getting their first taste of the spotlight. Ben and David break down this exciting year, where the music industry was as vital as ever and new sounds and classic rock hung out side by side on the charts. Take it in, folks.
