Rabbi Siegman is a former Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of the American Jewish Congress (1978â1994), long described as one of the nationâs "big three" Jewish organizations along with the American Jewish Committee and the Anti-Defamation League.
