White House press secretary Josh Earnest detailed American policy about radio-controlled drones about as well as anyone in the administration does, at a briefing last week largely about the Americans killed in a drone attack on terrorists. The Columbia Law School Human Rights Clinic estimated that drones killed 72-155 civilians in Pakistan in 2011. So, while this American s death was tragic, it was not alone among innocents killed by radio-controlled drones.
