The media said it was impossible. Tony Blair said not to do it. But they did. By an overwhelming majority, Labour Party members swept Jeremy Corbyn into the candidacy on the first ballot.
The divide between the media/financial nexus and the common people has not been so visible in a very long time. Jeremy Corbyn is returning every idea swept under the rug by the Blairite carpetbaggers: withdrawal from NATO-led aggressive wars, de-financialization of the British economy, reinvestment in the public sphere, and support for the war-torn refugees that were created by Blair's policies.
Criticized dishonestly as 'unelectable,' Corbyn has brought many thousands of supporters back into labour, and signals an astounding rejection of the Thatcher-style policies adopted by Labour's fifth-column.
