On The Commons is a weekly radio show dedicated to discussing the many issues surrounding mandatory homeowner associations, the fastest growing form of residential housing in the nation.
Maybe homeowners' associations would be happier places if leprechauns frolicked in the shamrocks and all the "green spaces" really were green. But if the people were happy, who would have the time to be inspecting the properties, looking for a blade of grass that was a unapproved shade of green?
On The Commons with me this week is Frank Short. Frank, a frequent guest, is an attorney and an advocate for fairness and common sense in common ownership developments. Please join us On The Commons for our annual salute to the green, this Saturday, March 13 and 20, 2004 and help us frolic with the leprechauns and look for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
Our phone line will be open on the 13th for your calls and comments. Call 703-560-TALK (703-560-8255), tell us what's on your mind and whether you've found that pot of gold or been sweet talked by someone who has kissed the Blarney Stone.
