For more than a quarter century the Washington-led western world has been loudly bombarding the Middle-East under a self-proclaimed regime change mandate. Demonization for targeted leaders in Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq, Syria —all Muslim countries— has created a poisoned political/cultural climate to such a degree that acts of spontaneous rage and violence now crop up everywhere, in this instance Quebec.

Until respect for the rights of sovereign states and peaceful resolutions to international disputes is implemented, outrages can be expected to continue.
