Your support is essential if the service is to continue, there are bandwidth bills to pay every month and failing disk drives to replace. Volunteers do the work, but disk drives and bandwidth are not free. We encourage you to contribute financially, even a dollar helps. Click here to donate.

Sept. 21, 2017, 5:13 p.m.
Ted Schmidt reflects on his part in developing a championship team, how sharing books and the thoughts of Martin Buber, J.D. Salinger, and even Martin Luther King both inspired and morally informed the players—he was not coaching, he was teaching. Schmidt has critical words about sports violence and the damage done by money-sports culture.
