On this week's two guests speak address the challenges confronted by the Cuban people following the Obama Administration's initiative to re-open diplomatic relations with the Latin American country, Cuba scholar and author Arnold August elaborates on his belief that far from changing the goals of US policy going back to the 1959 revolution, the US government is simply altering its strategy for achieving regime change. In the final segment of the program, Professor Michel Chossudovsky, Founder and Director of the Centre for Research on Globalization, identifies the ways in which US-aligned Non-Governmental organizations and Foundations are mounting a sophisticated insurgency to to co-opt and corrupt the minds of the Cuban intelligentsia. He opens up about a personal encounter he had with this diabolical scheme when he accepted an invitation to a special conference in the fall of 2015.
