March Backs Locked-Out Unionists
Interview

In an historic first, Toronto's annual Labour Day march did not enter the Canadian National Exhibition. Management of the "Ex" has locked out 400 members of IATSE, and brought in replacement workers. Hence, organized workers nixed the Ex. And perhaps this will lead to rethinking Labour Day. Is it time to join the world and march on May Day?

Guest Mike Hersh also brings labour news from Mexico. The popular miner's leader, "Napoleon", after years in exile, has returned and with the support of the new President, Obrador, been chosen to serve in Mexico's senate.
