The Planning Board listened to three guest speakers before submitting their approval of the site to the Village Trustees. The three speakers (in order) are: -Ron Sherman, who was hired by the village to review the proposal -Jimmie Joe Carl, who is Chemung County's Stormwater Engineer -Michael S.
